Conscious Behavior in reefs environment

The reef environment around the world, specially in Brazil, is suffering a quick degradation process because of human influence. These activities comprehend since the coral extraction, the exceeding fishing and predatory fishing, the coast development and occupation, the garbage and toxic garbage disposal – such as fertilizers and pesticides, the unorganized tourism, to the wrong use of soil – such as deforest, burning and forest fires along the hydrographic basins – that cause erosion and consequently sedimentation. Besides being very sensitive to changes in the water temperature, the corals are particularly vulnerable to weather changes.
